trying to build warehouse

im trying to build a warehouse for my sect and it says i require "hanger" there is no such building i think its probably mistranslated does anyone know what is actually required?

It's because you craft it. You need Weaving Expert to make them.

Befriend an NPC who has weaving and request them to teach you the skill. Unlock beginner recipes at the loom by hovering over them and paying the learn cost. Use a pre-existing loom in town or buy one to craft a bunch of low end clothes from wild grass and such, you will quickly gain the skill to automatically unlock hanger recipe.

For the wine barrel you also need for warehouse: learn winemaking from NPC, build a bar and just sit at it and drink (is free at your own bar) until your skill goes up enough to unlock the recipe. You pass out after 15 drunk stacks. Can also invite NPCs and when they pass out, can feed them stuff such as chi-increasing items.
