I have several questions regarding the current state of the game
After I absent for some time from the game and want to try it again from the beginning, I feel that there are some different between the current game with the previous version of the games.

1. Does the level up screen get abandoned by the game? I can't find it in my current playthrough.
2. There are a lot of NPC death in my current game. With they replenished with new NPC or sooner or later the world I'm in will be empty without NPC? I don't know why they died. But I think that's because of they fight each others off screen.
3. I can't find Primodial Chaos inner in my current play. Nobody has it. But I sense that many leader and elder of the sect can reach 10.000 vigors. So I think there is something that I miss in my inner art configuration. I still a bit confuse about dipping. Because even after I connect my meridians with dipping method, there's no significant improvement to my vigor and energy. Can somebody give me some tips about this? I have read the guide btw.
4. I rather dislike with the current AI behavior. Where the red trait like reckless, etc has become thief in the game, and then attack me just because they hate me. I don't even know them, but the have -600 enmity just because I have green traits like Chivalrous, Just, and loyal. And they are so persistence to mock me with stealing and attack me like predator animals.

1. I started playing the game only recently but from what I can tell, the level up screen went from being unlocked via area challenges to being unlocked by filling out an encyclopedia of sorts by collecting various resources and skills + inner kungfus. The resource is called "Fortune Jades" and they let you level various stats when used.

2. NPCs don't come back as far as I can tell, so sooner or later every NPC is likely going to die if you stay in a world long enough. Also, if you put heat 30 or poison 30 lots next to cities you might get NPCs straying into those areas and they'll take a ton of damage-over-time due to this.

3. Primordial Chaos is a crapshoot, It took me a long time to find one on my first character and I just so happened to find a sect master with it on the Kungfu Competition (or arena, whatever it's called.) You can tell if someone has it by looking at their health, if it's higher than 150 they likely have Primordial Chaos and they're worth raising affection with. Also also, once you unlock Primordial Chaos you can pick it as a starting inner kungfu on future characters so you don't have to work for it again.

How are you dipping into your meridians? are you running four-five lines into your source acupoint or are you running those lines into other acupoints further down the chain?

4. I'm with you on this one, the AI getting pissy with you because you have the "Ruthless" title and attacking you because you execute BANDITS of all people is really ♥♥♥♥♥♥, but once you get strong enough they stop being an issue altogether and you can actually kill people who are in the middle of pickpocketing you and you won't incur massive affinity penalties with other NPCs, at least, that's how I get rid of every "Treacherous" NPC and anyone who doesn't like me in my in the game.

Thanks for the reply. If the NPC doesn't refilled again, then when my first character finished, and I have to become my 2nd character, the world will be empty then.

Well, for the dipping, I connect the first acupoint with 2 line from the core (that's not include the core line where I connect all inner art), but because it full, then I put the rest to the dot that I can reach.
