i, could be wrong about this but. does the new leader know less than the previous?
the board sect info is there to give a very basic idea of what you can learn there(and its entry requirements and rules), its based on what the master knows inner and skill wise.
the board sect info can get pretty long, if the master knows a lot of skill's and inner's for example, or it can be practically empty if they know squat.
the school the sect offered should remain unchanged, unless it was edited/removed of course.
