Few questions for anyone with more hours...
1) Is healing NPCs broken? I cannot seem to get it to work. (Answered)
2) I saw you can dismantle clothing? How? (Answered)
3) How to get over 10 stacks of venom? Been meditating for a while in the swamp... (Answered)

For question 1, it works fine, feed animals heal items.

Question two no idea.

for dismantling, you need to be at either a forge or a weave and open their crafting menu and in it you'll find a button on the lower right part of the screen that will open dismantling menu

At a crafting station in the crafting menu there will be a button on the bottom right named Decompose equipment. Click that and you'll be in the decompose equipment menu.

Select all the items you want to decompose on the left, then click decompose equipment on the right.

OMG thank you so much how did I not think of either of these things!
3. Drink a few bottles of Poison, it's that simple. Just be careful if you don't have a lot of health, that said... If you do pass out due to poison, someone will probably be near enough to save you unless the area you poison yourself is very far from a village.

This one is definitely on me-- pretty sure it's like right there in the crafting menu too..

A lot of people miss things that seem to be obvious because they only associate poison or other status effects with the tile environments instead of the many consumable items in the game that are also sold by boat traders.

If you have any other questions, just reply to this and I will try to help where I can.

I have done everything, except for the new imperial and assassin systems. I'm waiting for the bugs to be ironed out before jumping back into the game.

Awesome thank you! I am still trying to figure out how to cure people's broken legs and such-- is that the same deal? Just give them some astringent? Haven't went over to try giving it to my limping pig yet but I assume that's what will do the trick.
I got a hundred stacks of poison when a disciple from a random sect "tricked" me into drinking a potion in order to be invincible. After i beat the crap out of her, i dragged her back to her sect and set her up as an enemy. When she woke up she gave me a treasure map because she understood just how bad she messed up.

If you want the women, money and power than the best combo is farmer with leechcraft.

There is a skill called "Golden Acupuncture" you can learn from any doctor in the game, it can cure nearly any ailment. It opens the NPCs meridians window, and you just connect the line to the ailment until it vanishes. You can also use it on yourself to heal your own ailments once you have it unlocked "equipped" in your meridians menu.

It's an invaluable skill / must have for all players in my opinion.

Ohhhhkay thank you that makes sense. I thought that might be the case but I couldn't find a definitive answer.

Learning that skill is a pain in the ass beware. After learning that medical skill, you still need to have enough points to connect the right thing (but it becomes easier )

I usually just have golden Acupuncture equipped to my 2nd or 3rd meridian load out since I would only use it to heal anyways. So I can switch to it only when needed.

Even if you only equip it on the second or third load out page, for the most people, their starting character might not have the chaos what its name art(getting it depends on luck) that can increase the points for connecting all the injuries.
