Seems like at minimum the "Overlord Refine Dan" adds 300 temporary chi? Also not sure how that's useful unless you have weapons or techniques that scale damage based on chi.
I've only run into Uranus once and I don't recall what the description was...
Soul Separation: Doubles the number of required moves for Skills when used on a target with the Three-Soul Separation Pill.
King's Revolt-Subduing: Removes the usage conditions for Skills, increases damage by 50%, but causes 20 bouts of Hysteria.
So the first item doubles the amount of successful moves an enemy needs to perform in order to use skills against you. The second makes skill usage free, adds 50% damage but at the same time inflicts you with 20 hysteria debuffs. (Which should be the "hidden disease" in the in game tooltip).
Did you perhaps find a way to cure the affliction? I uh, I found out the same way that they aren't meant to be eaten.
