Does "restart miniworld" remove all items your cultivator is carrying?

OK so hypothetical here:

Let's just say I wanted to return to karma so I stripped naked and murdered pretty much 20 or so people in the largest sect in my world only to die by walking into a 30 cold biome and getting my head taken from me. Not that I actually did this or anything

If I then feel that I want to create a new miniworld but I really don't want to lose the cool items or scrolls i've spent so much time getting my filthy hands on, will I lose all this progress by restarting the world?

you will lose all items that are not on your character if u restart miniworld everything that is on world will be destroyed.

1. Spawn in the world and collect all the things you wish to keep.
2. Use the Leave Mini-world option that send you back to the menu.
3. Create a new mini-world and spawn in, which uses your existing character.
4. Store all you items in the new world that you want to keep.

I basically do this if I want to create worlds with different land mass shapes if I didn't like the old one.
