Hire staff?

If I build a tavern that has all the tables and sales counters, can I get somebody to run it for me? Meaning I retain ownership of the building and profits.

In the current version of this game, except for the doctors who work in the medical center, other stores put items in containers waiting for people to buy them, and there is no need for employees. But you still have to produce it yourself and put the items into containers for sale.

Thanks. My tavern kept getting burned down, and I wanted to have somebody there to prevent it lol

currently, the only way i know of is to wait for a fresh roamer npc to offer to buy your owned building, sell to them, and then either get them to join your sect, or become intimacy/family, so you still get free access to their facility inventories.

alternative to building it yourself is to become disciple/intimacy/family with other npcs who are already building owners so you get free access to their facility inventories.
