I agree. That's why I ask people who know about these skills. What are they doing in the fight. Specially Mysterious Turtle Health Regiment and Wudang Taihe Gong
From what i've learned by trial and error:
When mentionned, Blood is Vigor. Example, art of marrow refining is a Chi cultivation technique wich specify gain of blood and load, you gain more vigor and more load when you connect your chi this way, so by simple logic Blood is Vigor, the "combat health bar". The buff "regenerate blood" replenish 10 vigor by stack, so yeah, Blood is vigor.
Most of the time, when a number and Qi are together, it concern Energy (The one that you use in stealth, running, jumping, etc).
Pure Yang Qi is Chi from the sun (Sun Skill DMG +50 for 1Chi)
Mysterious Yin Qi is Chi from the moon (moon skill DMG +50 for 1 Chi)
Bad poison true energy is chi of venom (Venom skill DMG +50% for 1Chi)
Hunyuan Qi is Chi of harmony (Harmony skill DMG +50% for 1Chi)
Additionnal Chi points of the same attribute gives more bonuses and 50% more DMG with skill associated
As for the skills that are affected, under the skill in question there is sometimes a colored text to signify what kind of chi strenghten it, so Yang/sun si yellow, yin/moon is blue, poison/venom is green, and hunyuan/harmony is purple
For Bionic pentaform (I've learned this one just to see what i could learn and share about)
Xingyi is a non translation of the style Bionic, so when connecting this Chi leyline, you get a reduction of one move to all your Bionic skills (Bionic eagle or martens usually cost 5 sword or 5 stealth weapon to be used, with this it cost 1 less so 4), and make 20 more damage as a bonus when using them
Wudang Taihe Gong: Never tested it, but by the definition you made, it limit your movepool by 3 per turn (Each turn you get a number of icon called moves that you use to hit your opponent, and sequences of moves allow you to use skill on other turn), but make them do 10 more damage (wich is not a lot, 10% would have been more worth it, considering the downside). I guess it's made to hit hard with only 3 hit each turn, but restrain diversity of play (I wonder if it's even useful considering ennemies sometimes just use 8 moves in a turn).
-->After testing it, it is exactly what i thought, each turn you only draw 3 moves, but they hit harder.
If I succeed to acquire the one i'm missing, i'll test them to see if i can decypher what they do, then i'll answer again or edit this post.
You can fight in groups and group members' attacks icon are in light blue. I think when one of those attacks land and is not countered, it increases the damages of your skills by 10%
Not entirely sure if this gives you only 3 attack moves to play each turn or if it reduces your numbers of attacks by 3. But the bonus is that the remaining attacks will deal more damages. (Not very good inner skill if you ask me)
That's all I could figure out, best of luck!
For mysterious turtle health regiment, it means that for every move on the field you don't use, you recover HP. The amount recovered is 2% of your maximum. This is a very strong recovery option potentially, if you use equipment which boosts healing effect. Remember that a move is each palm, punch, kick, weapon, hidden weapon and "No Move".
Still have to test the others and see what they do.
Increases the damage of all Bionic moves by +20.
If it costed 6 fists, now it costs 5, and deals 20 flat bonus damage.
Dragon and Tiger: If you have team members, or supporting characters such as a pet or a friend not in your team, for each one other than yourself that attacks in the same turn, the damage will be increased by 10%, scaling infinitely based on how many allies attack that turn.
Best for people with friends.
Taihe Gong: Reduces total available moves at the start of a turn by 3, and increases all damage by all moves by 10 flat damage.
A good beginner skill to help train in using the combat system effectively.
Dragon Palm: Deals your "Palm Damage" stat as if you had hit the enemy with 8 palms in a row without any being blocked. After using this skill, every move you use will grant you a buff that increases the damage of your palm attacks.
Turtle: At the end of each turn, if there are any unused moves, heal for 2% of your maximum vigor for each.
Capture the Dragon and Subdue the Tiger : Some special skills attack everyone and are effective when those skills are used.
Wudang Taihe Gong : Reduces the number of moves each round 3, increase 10 points move damage.
The number of tricks drawn each round is reduced by 3, increase tricks damage by 10 points.
Mysterious Turtle Health Regiment :
This translation is wrong.
After the round of confrontation, every trick will restore 2% of the maximum HP.
Dragon Swallowing Palm :

Cause 8 times palm damage to all enemies. For every 1 palms unique skills use in this round, that's will get double palms law harm.
