How to level up my tame ablity? it stuck on beginner level.

Tame only has one level.

Go to karma and pick up Beast Tongue. This is the only upgrade.

Press Q or E, go to Karma tab and read descriptions. Beast tongue is on second column third row.

and after that, how to unlock the karma? i pressed descriptions and double click, didnt get unlock

You have to do what it says, I think tame like 5 different animals maybe, and then die and start a new character and you can pick that as one of your starting traits.

oh, you have to die first? thats make sense.
but, my character is a immortal, never die, even tho nearly die cuz got invaded in whole of meridians by cursed venom... hopeless in early, but never surrender and yeah, my character still alive until now. and has a big sect of his own.

If your current character has a spouse and you choose to end their life, your new character can encounter your old character's spouse if you play in the same world.
There's an event where your old spouse will get depressed and become drunkard because the love of their life (your old character that you suicided) died
