Does this let you pick custom images for your tiles?

Used to have a program in Windows 10 called WinTiler which let you pick your own images and customise your start menu really awesomely. I'm thinking of upgrading to Windows 11 and wondered if this would do something similar.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I am not familiar with WinTiler but Start11 do allow you change those icons to Custom image/icons. Do know that you can do a free 30 days trial from here: https://www.stardock.com/products/start11/. And see what it can do.
