This is great news.
Just for reference, my sinden order was order number 10500 or so on indiegogo, and that was the second crowdfunding site used. Given, we are a niche market, but between sindens, gun4ir and aimtrak users, most who hold HoTD series in high regard, having it implemented would likely net you guys a whole lot of new sales, hopefully for not too much work (not a programmer so I really don't know how much work it would be, full disclosure), and then you would have a framework for already having it implemented for future rail shooter projects, if you decide you want to be our go-to company for remastered (and hopefully original) gun games.
I hope you understand our apprehension, even as a die hard Sega fan, it's pretty common knowledge that Sega has a tendency to farm out their IP to lazy companies who phone in their projects and leave us disappointed, but looking at the reviews for Panzer Dragoon, you guys don't seem to be that kind of company, but we still have new sonic game syndrome. I already purchased the game, and I NEVER day-one anything, but haven't tried it yet (hopefully this weekend after a range trip)
Yes two light guns would be ideal
Awesome. Can’t wait!
Does anyone here know if and how i can get the Sinden Light gun to work with RPCS3 or any other emulators? I could get the gun to connect with my pc but could not figure out how to get it working with emulators. The specific problem being that i was unable to actually get into the game because i was unable to select a language or something like that when trying to run the game. Getting it to work with Time Crisis would be epic!
The Sinden Lightgun is solid. Just have to setup right and use different apps like DemulSHooter, REshade.
I can now play without issue, for moment It fine.
I will give it a go and buy the game... But I hope the devs don't get complacent in thinking they don't need to patch it because there is a community fix. I hate buying a game because of a mod to fix something that the devs should have fixed themselves.
Edit: Tried it and it works.. but it still not quite very precise. Turning the crosshair on shows that it's slightly off.
In the instructions txt of the mod there is this paragraph:
Which is probably what would fix mine being off. But I don't understand any of this. Do you?
As is.. it's playable.. but far from flawlessly. I've never missed shots so much in a lightgun game...
