Frothing w/ Espresso Machine: Help!

Idk if this is a stupid question, but how do you froth with the upgraded espresso machine that has the arm attachment for frothing milk? Does it have to be in a specific receptacle? I've been playing for hours so it's time for a break anyway, but I'm still going to fiddle around with it next time I'm on to see if I can just figure it out as well.

I think you put a jug of milk under it to use it

Pour the milk into a jug (can buy one from the store). pick it up and place it on the wand and hit the lever to the right of it. It will stop automatically when it is done.

The part i missed at first was that the wand can do 2 things. If you hit "E" to place the jug to the wand, it will just warm the milk. To froth it, you have to hit "F" to place it to the wand. Hope that answer the question!
