coffee foam from espresso machine?

i buyed the espresso machine with foam maker. i take the can with milk and the foam maker runs but the output is milk again.

is it a bug or what ?

You have to make sure that you are using the key that is tied to "froth" you have to hit that specifically when you put it on there otherwise it will still be milk after it's done.
