What's a good custom game challenges have you tried?

Have you created any custom game challenges you enjoyed that were challenging and what was good about them?

Oh yes, this is one of the great features of the game.
I had a challenge with my brother of who could survive the longest on an island with no rain. Ever. I almost died several times before being able to make the alembic x2. Then it wasn't much of a challenge anymore.

Sounds like a good time, that's a tough one to start. Throw in pessamistic or hyper metabolism and someone will die at some point.

I made a Lara Croft playthrough. Load is face as a image and get her perk; Climbing, Archery, Brave, parachute (she bail from the plane), and military .. then as bad perk I get all the wound i can get.

Was fun to role play.

Both laceration and fracture? That must be difficult to manage at the start.

I went with a similar set of perks, but as a more generic soldier, and instead of wounds it was killer drones. Too bad there isn't any secret military installation perk to complete the 'getting shot down by a missile in the middle of nowhere' set.

a good quick challenge run is the naked and afraid, start with no beneficial perk, with the naked one obviously, and as much of the various monster and animal hunter perks as you prefer (seahund, monkey curse, bug attraction, hunter drone, alien mushroom.) not a really difficult one, but you need to solve all the problems you can find in any other run, while not having any helping perk.

I am currently doing a "getting shot down by a missile" run literally
With the plane crash and military perks + killer drone, also all the wound perk
It's quite fun and very challenging imo
