Entertainment is painfully difficult to maintain

Any advice from players more seasoned that I on how to keep entertainment above basically 0? I have the drum. I have the macaque friend. I have Weston. I interact with them daily, and also practice some rock throwing and try to "dive" once or twice in the ocean each day. My entertainment still stays at near 0, dragging several other stats down with it. Wat dooo?

You can also build sand castles and make some wood / tusk carvings if you have a sharp knife . Diving and building sand castles in each area counts as their own thing, so if your mood is absolute garbage it might be worthwhile to spend a few hours walking along all the different beach areas and playing around

Note that once you have a nice enough house and enough infrastructure to keep all your other needs high, you should be able to keep your mood high enough that you don't need to worry too much about the entertainment stat.

Diving in each area's ocean adds to the entertainment meter separately, so if you're really bored you can spend the day walking along the shore and swimming as you go. It'll do wonders for your mood, and let you check any traps you've set.
