Small questions about pearl necklace and stone hut.
1. Apparently a pearl necklace gives the same +0.25 bonus to morale as a shell necklace. While pearls are much more difficult to get than shells. What the ♥♥♥♥ is this? Or am I missing something?..

2. Wiki says that the stone hut has only an upgrade for more capacity and that's it. Is it really true? For the 100% craft level hut and ♥♥♥♥?

The stone hut has a _lot_ more capacity, and also the roof never takes damage, which is nice. It's only worth it if you are planning to stay on the island long-term; if you are just aiming to fulfill the win conditions, go for the mud hut or even a cave.

The pearl necklace is a nice thing to do with your pearls after you've found a bunch, but it's not worth specifically going after oysters just for the pearls. You need to dive to train swimming, and if you dive in the appropriate parts of the island, you'll find oysters, and so you'll end up with pearls over time.
I have never even come close to needing extra storage room for my character's hut and/or cellar. There is always MORE than enough room. And PLEASE henny I would never trade the mud hut for the stone one that has no other upgrades other than an extra storage room..
Stronk roof? Do not make me laugh. 10 palm leaves and an hour of work is not a problem at all from time to time.
It seems to me that the stone hut needs a serious buff and is currently useless in terms of "cost of resources - benefits gained".
The same goes for pearl necklaces.
It seems the wiki is incomplete, as the Stone Hut could also be upgraded with everything that the Mud Hut can also be upgraded such as wind catcher, white stained walls, doors, etc.
But yeah, the only thing that Stone Hut provided other than Mud Hut is that they are impervious to storm so their roof won't collapse in case of strong wind and they are slightly larger than a mudhut from what I can tell.

For Mermaids and Tourists, I prefer the Stone Hut, (sometimes I'll build a cellar first for a tourist). By the time I'm ready to move to a new location, I have a ton of extra stone from the highland cave, so hauling it on a travois, digging sand and mixing mortar is the only real investment of time outside of construction. Opposed to rounds of mud bricks, logs and string that the Mud Hut uses. I do wish the requirement was a little lower, around 75 or 85%, but that's about it.

Oh thank you! I didn't know this. Now I have a different opinion about it. I'll try next time then.

For 1.- when the pearl necklace breaks, you get the all pearls back, meanwhile the shell necklace you get one shell less.

The Pearl Necklace right now is a bonus for play stiles that dives in the bay. Diving gives fun, gets you wet and trains swimming skill, on top of all of this giving you food AND giving you pearls. The Pearl Necklace can't be that good.

For 2.- The Stone hut is a goal for players that want to spend 150+ days on the island. Don't spend much time thinking about what it does, just enjoy it as a bonus.

Personally, I prefer living on a cellar, fixes the issue of the roof AND is way colder than the other living areas. The space is a bit annoying to work with, but as long as you keep all non monkey cards that monkeys steals outside the cellar. Space is not a problem.

If you care about steam achievements, there is one for making the pearl necklace.

Just in case you didn't know, if you manually break the seashell necklace, you get everything back and can immediately make a new one.
