Threaded Needle? Can't find it to complete shaman list
Is it supposed to be Improvised Tourniquet? If so, I already made it, still not checked off. If not, then how to make Threaded Needle?

Use cord on a needle (drag a cord card over onto a needle card)

IIRC, for the Shaman checklist it needs to be specifically a bone needle. Start with bird bones, or break a large bone into shards, and you should have the option to craft a needle from it.
thanks a lot guys. I finally made it. It's not obvious at all. Wiki doesn't mention it and blueprint doesn't have it. and in-game wiki don't have it.

By the way, what do I use it for? I haven't come across needing it. I'm very late game already.
If you have a large avulsion you can use it to stitch the wound closed, which helps with the bleeding and helps it heal up faster

You can use threaded needles to stitch lacerations, as mentioned, and also to repair cloth or leather clothing you have crafted (I don't think they work on the starter clothing).

ok thanks for reply guys.

I haven't seen any cloth or leather clothing that need repair.

The durability of clothing will tick down until it breaks; when it breaks, you will get back some, but not all, of the materials. If you apply a threaded needle to a clothing item before it breaks, it will restore a certain amount of durability. This is usually cheaper than replacing the materials lost when it breaks.
