How many partridges can an enclosure hold?
First time building an enclosure for animal farming and I wonder what is the best number of partridges per enclosure to maximize production? I have 1 male and like 8 female, is this ratio normal?
Other animals farming strategies are welcome here too.

I don't think there's a hard cap, but partridges start to take a mood penalty (which affects egg laying) if there are too many animals in the pen. I think about 11 is the max without penalty (even less if some of them are large animals like boars or goats), so when your current crop start producing chicks, you will start seeing lower productivity. On the other hand, I think a higher ratio of males to females will produce more fertile eggs. I haven't tried to min/max the number of each because the food saturation mechanic discourages producing large amounts of most foods, but I'm sure someone has worked out the numbers.

Thanks for the reply, how rare are male partridges? because I only got 1 male out of 10, not sure if i'm extremely unlucky.

They're definitely less common, but I don't recall the exact proportions. 1 in 10 sounds low, though, so you may have been a bit unlucky.
