Flute bug?

Whenever I make a flute and carve it to completion it disappears, has anyone else encountered this?

It's based on your crafting skill and woodworking skill, I had failed for serval times too.

Just like Ryan said, it depends on your crafting and woodworking if it's a wooden flute
Just keep trying make one and you'll eventually get one

tbh, the bug here is the lack of message like "the flute broke due to your inexperience".

To be fair, it does say "Carving failed", but it's pretty quick and easy to miss.
