Where you inside a hut? What kind of fire you had?
Having a campfire inside a hut is a bad idea, as it raises the temperature.
Just having a bit less than 100% stamina raises temperature as well.
What where you doing that lowered your stamina? Once the Hyperthermia stat is present, is a bit difficult to lower temperature, until you get wet.
Finally, what clothes you were wearing? The more clothing card equipped, the higher the temperature (Example, if you are not walking a lot, may be better to remove the wrappings and shoes)
I was exploring and not in an enclosure. Had a fire, and the only clothes were a hat and sandals. Stamina was at 100%. Last action was butchering the goat completely. Hydration was fine and no illnesses. Including no nausea or diarrhea. Also under regular weight load.
In dry season you gonna have to wash a lot to keep cool in full midday sun.
Maybe butchering the goat took stamina and I didn't realize it.
I would say it is valid. 60-90 get pretty hot and like somebody already mentioned some areas are worse than others and the clear sky is a big factor as well I think.
Cheers!
