The one on the break room on the third floor during chapter 4 just wont appear for me.
I've constantly reloaded previous save and and its constantly not htere.
Is there a workaround because its the only achievement i need

it means you already have it ..

search for another ..

for instance:
there's one on top of the deep freeze unit you capture the freak in ..
