Edit
Just played a bit more, forgot the body parts could be a bit 'floaty' and some ropy physics on the dead enemies sometimes. So yes I am seeing some bugs, but then I seem to remember seeing the same on the original version.
On my VERY first play through, during the first 15 minutes, there's a corpse that falls out of the broken tram next to where you find the stasis module. After repairing the tram and I started making my way back to the tram control room, I found that dude's corpse T-posing up in the air. I have tried MANY times to replicate the bug to no avail.
In Chapter 2, you can actually vaporize the battery? I'm not entirely sure what causes it, but I'm pretty sure it has something to do with Nicole's hologram. I haven't tried to replicate it so I'm not entirely sure what the exact cause is, but I have had it happen to me 3 times as of right now. When the battery disappears, it is a softlock for your run and you have to revert back to an old save before you entered the room. Leaving the room and coming back will not respawn the battery.
Sometimes when trying to pick up an item with kinesis it simply will not move. Another strange kinesis bug that occurs is when you try to throw spears and such at necromorphs and they simply bounce off instead of impaling them. I believe the cause is picking up objects and throwing them too quickly.
There's another bug that works in your favor and I find it quite amusing. If you are holding a spike of some kind with kinesis, it doesn't matter where it is when you throw it, it will always impale its target. The spike could be stuck behind a door and you could throw it at a necromorph and it would still kill them despite the fact that there is a solid door blocking it.
While using the flamethrower, if you punch the limbs off of a charred necromorph there is a small chance for their limbs to break off and suddenly elongate for some strange reason. These broken body parts can be so stretched out that they poke through walls.
While running in certain areas you may find yourself getting stuck on invisible geometry. This bug occurs most frequently on sloped surfaces.
Items will clip through walls or the floor in many locations. There are too many locations to name, but there is one GUARANTEED item clip in Chapter 2. Inside of the room where you find Nicole's hologram (Morgue route), there is an elevator that connects directly to the Morgue with two medium-sized kinesis boxes sitting next to a box on the floor. If you shoot this box or stomp the box, the item inside WILL, 100% of the time, clip straight through the floor never to be seen again. For you to actually pick this item up you need to move the box, then break it.
When air vents are broken, they will drop vent blades which can be used as weapons while thrown. However, these vent blades are broken about as easily as a stick of spaghetti. I cannot tell you how many times I've been in the middle of combat just for a necromorph to lightly kick a vent blade and shatter it, it always makes me so sad to see it happen because that just means I can't conserve ammo like I wanted to.
During my first playthrough, at the very end of Chapter 11 when you meet with Nicole's apparition in an attempt to get the shuttle back, I found her T-posing. I didn't think to get a screenshot at the time because I was in a Discord call and I was distracted.
There are MANY more bugs, far too many for me to name. Some of these bugs are so absurd it has me at a loss for words.
Here's a link to two more bugs that I've experienced:

@Max could be an issue with your mouse button failing. I've had one where everytime I scrolled a web page down using the bar on the side of the browser it would lose contact where my finger shifted slightly on the button because the contact was worn. It was a well used mouse.
I'd say I like the Remake more than the original, but there most certainly are far too many bugs. I'm honestly surprised it's as clunky as it is.
Also this makes my PC really hot, no other game does that.
Other than that it seems mostly fine.
Actual glad waited on sale
