Except of course you want to stay on 1080P forever, then it might be servicable. Still too expensive for what it brings to the table.
3060ti received extremely positive reviews. If you're saying that the 4060ti is just an already-good GPU with more VRAM and better DLSS, then that sounds like a recommendation to me.
The original RTX 3060 TI was certainly not bad and the RTX 4060 will have its uses. The issue is the slapped on VRAM the 16 GB RTX 4060 cannot bring to bear that often due to lack in general performance and the hefty price tag for the extra 8 GB VRAM.
