Mouse Issues

Just started playing today, but am having problems with the mouse.

The mouse is too sensitive for small movements and too insensitive for large movements.

Moving around, it's difficult to aim. But then it takes a huge amount of movement of the mouse to turn around.

Anyone have a solution to this?

By the way, I normally find that my mouse is too sensitive and needs the sensitivity in-game turning down, but this means that it gets even worse when I want to turn around. I am guessing that the game is ignoring my windows settings which probably uses acceleration. Probably what I need to do is somehow switch acceleration back on in the game - or refund the game - its that bad!!!

Don't know if windows has a mouse acceleration setting, but you might want to consider reducing your DPI if it's too much. I haven't played the game with a mouse & keyboard, but I had to do a lot of fine tuning to my controller sensivity until I got something I'm comfortable with. Maybe it's the same to mouse & keyboard.

Yes, that works with the aiming, but the problem is that it makes the sensitivity worse for turning around.

Searching the web it seems that the game has a -ve acceleration on the mouse. I guess most people must use no acceleration. I use a +ve acceleration, so the game is terrible for me. What I don't understand is why they don't just use the Windows settings, like other games do.

I have temporarily refunded the game. If I find a solution I will buy it again. I can't play it like it is.
