Then you either can't see the giant, glowing yellow orbs or purplish schematics OR, you've missed rooms. None of these are so terribly well-hidden that you'd only ever find them by being told where to look, and some of those, like the Line Racks and Contact Ammo, are quite literally sitting right there in plain sight - you just have to backtrack, often quite a distance, to get to them, as these are typically in Security-Locked areas - either the door itself is security-locked, or a container within said room is security-locked, meaning you weren't able to open it the first time you came through the area, and just plain never came back later.
Trust me, I'm still hunting the last 3 marker fragments, and NO, I'm not going to "look at this guide" or "watch this video". I'll find them myself, on my own, by myself. Its why I play games like this in the first place. Well, that, and because I simply enjoy the merciless slaughter and butchery of the undead.
