Not only does the armor not look too elegant, it is also crookedly displayed in some cutscenes. Especially in the alternative ending.

you cant go back , actually , level 6 armor is the highest armor in original version too , you cant roll back

lvl 6 suit looks bad. i switched to classic suit from storage (standart edition). but yes, lvl 5 suit was the best looking armored technican suit, dont like lvl6 soldier style. classic suit is ok

Ya, DS2&3 let you swap skins while keeping the stat upgrades, dunno why they didn't keep that system for the remake here

I want all the 5 previous suits, while respecting the armor and inventory slot progression, e.g; if you've only can access the Level 2 suit, Level 3-6 suits won't be available just yet.

I've also done a similar posting as a Request to the devs to add the previous level suits as cosmetics so we can roll back to 5 and still enjoy the full stats of the 6 suit.

You do keep the stats of your current suit upgrade, you just change the skin/model in store. What you won't get anymore is the appearance of the previous level.

You can switch back to swap back to previous suit in Dead Space 2,3
They should add this feature back. I miss my Level.3 Rig.

I switchech from Level 6 suit to bloody version ( Deluxe content) so I could get back that classic look. After equiping Level 6 suit again I got Level 5 look. It is better that way but kind of missing the opportunity to have Level 6 look again.

They did,but only for the dlc suits. Not the base suits sadly

+1 here. Lvl 5 suit skin is not available to set after apply lvl 6 suit.
