inventory problem with rigs
picked up two different rigs/suits and they are not in my inventory or bank

The only upgrade you are getting is more slots and armor. . .

right, it's automatically applied to your character stats when you purchase it and those stats carry between your suit appearances. +armor and +bag space

Oh are you talking about the crew rigs to get the master clearance? Game doesn't start tracking those until you actually start the side mission.

Ooohhhh he's probably talking about this. I totally forgot, yea this would be what it is. It doesn't explain it to you sadly, but it's for a master key to get extra stuff. The mission will show up later.

Rigs that you find while out and about are Key Items.

yeah i picked up two rigs never went into my inventory they had special names but never got a chance to look again because i never seen them again boyh i found they where hidden and where bright purple on the ground
