game crashes in chapter 10, "remove tendril in deluxe Quarters" !!!!!!!!!!!

game keeps crushing in chapter 10, quest "remove tendril in deluxe Quarters".

when I enter tendril corridor next to diner, game freezes and crash and go back to window!!!

I tried over 10 times, but it is same....

my graphic card is RX7900 and latest updated driver.

I can't progress game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Literally this is happening to me all the time with chapter 10, the cinematic is buggy, Isaac talks alone, there are no enemies and the game completely crashes.
If you know any solution please share it :(

this game is unfinished beta play game

I'm just now experiencing the exact same issue you describe. same location, 7900XTX.

Latest Drivers, verified the integrity, changes the quality modes but nothing seems to help. I'm stuck. Not a single crash up until this point.

Unable to continue.

i have the same problem. isaac is speaking but there is no one in the room. then the window smashes and nothing happens.
