You had heard correctly, I posted a link above that has an experiment (two videos of a game, one with denuvo and one without) that further solidifies the fact that it causes issues. Dunno what that guy above is on about but obfuscation of the sort Denuvo does always comes with a performance hit. Its clear the dude above has no grasp of computer programming or how such programs work.
