security clearance in ng+

Does anyone know if you keep your security clearance level in ng+. Id hate to have to backtrack to get all those rigs again

You keep master clearance, yes.

[Deathwing Zero]

You keep the Master Clearance, but not security. So you can't open level 1,2 or 3 doors/lockers/chests.
