Yup it seems like the higher end cards are having more of a problem with this error.
I turned it down from Ultra to high and haven't had a crash since. Still hitching ocassional when there is a large open space coming (loading up in back ground) but no crash. Probably a setting on ultra that was causing it for me. 4090 10700K . nothing overclocked. No matter what hardware you have you are at the mercy of game engines and people's know how on their usage.
i doubt that your problem is afterburner because i have it always running and play this game for hours without any problem.
