Ripper not showing up
I don't know what happened but for me the body where you find the ripper next to is not there and the Ripper is not there ether (I'm on chapter five)

I know but i found it in chapter five so do you need to find it and pick it up while in chapter 3 or is it just glitched for me?

me too, i also can't pick up tram supervisor Benson's RIG. Maybe it is a problem with spawn in this game or because i don't have SSD and the game is installed on my HDD.

this and stuttering were my only problems and nothing else (every other gun i picked up were where their spawn was)

Yep. The same. Because of this i don't have the full arsenal (- achievement) for dismembering necros. BUT throughout the game i can find the schematics for Ripper Blades and upgrades for Ripper.

I had the exact same bug, i'm on chapter 5 and it didn't spawn for me!

I found the Ripper blades schematic to! Back in like chapter 4 or 3. I was confused why i found those but not the Ripper weapon.

I think that i went into that same room with the Ripper in chapter 3 but it didn't spawn for me then but i could be wrong

I have the same too. Where Ripper was supposed to be, it's not there. There was no soldier with this weapon in chapter 3 at all. I have all weapons unlocked and I miss Ripper. I need to buy an SSD. That's how they go to hell with us.

I just restarted my entire game because the rig in chapter 7 that you need to collect didn't spawn in for me and in chapter 3 the ripper still didn't even spawn in!

Make sure you are running v1.04 - those should've been fixed...
Otherwise just have to reload saves before the areas the items should spawn in - are loaded by the game engine for the first time to try again and see if it spawns correctly the follow up tries
