Can't get stasis module

At misson 1 you suppossed to get stasis module, to go through broken door, but in my playthrough the hand you supposed to get stasis from is not interractible. Anyone know how to fix this bug? Can't progress the story, tried reloading the save - nothing changed, Isaac just not taking the statis module.

same thing is happening with me, I tried loading an older save before ever going out there and restarting the whole game but I still can't pick it up

Same issue for me too. Tried restarting with a new game and still couldn't interact with the hand.

Same for me. I was able to on one play through till it soft lock me by not spawning a power cell for an elevator. Now I cant get past the first thing in chapter one

I read someone say this can happen if you play the game on an HDD instead of an SSD. Sounds kinda bizarre and potentially not true, but
