Ps5 and Xbox One Controller Not Working

Tried both controllers with steam input on and off no good. Tried DS4 no good. Only thing that seems to work is kb and m. Anyone have any fix for this? Otherwise im going to have to refund and go ps5.

FIGURED IT OUT! Idk why but I have a footpeddle plugged in for voice chat, and once I unplugged it it solved everything. Thats some whack input reading lol, only game i have ever had this issue with.......

I tried with the razer wolverine ultimate, elite series 2 and series x controller none worked for me. I reached out to EA they said only the xbox 360 controller will work.

My ps5 controller works native but no vibrations, it's awkward.

I had another kb controller plugged in once I unplugged it the controllers are now working.

Nope no vibration, honestly even after the fix i have had tons and tons of issues with controller. Think ill be refunding and getting this on PS5 even after the issue i fixed.

I would attempt to unplug all possible keyboard/usb/controller types of devices except for the one controller you are using and make sure to also set steam input as well under properties in steam settings.
