Missing Power Cell

Was doing Chapter 2 and was in the Emergency Room, according to the tutorial there SHOULD be a power cell their but their wasn't, checked the place from top to bottom and even tried pinching the one in the intensive care area, didnt show up at all.

Its in the wall next to the shower room, Goofy. Have to turn off the power to retrieve it.

It's not there, things big n blue and i turned off the power, scoured that side when the power cell tutorial showed.

Turn all the power off and pull the battery out of the wall.

I might have a similar problem but with the Stasis Module.
It just doesn't spawn in, Isaac doesn't pick up the arm wearing it. Reloading doesn't solve anything.

I know, but there is no blue cover covering the battery to begin with, and nothing gimmicky is triggered when all power is turned off

HDD here. Got no other game that has an SSD as "minimum" requirement.. And none that would make an SSD actually useful. This is the first one. My problems with the game seem to have something to do with "loading stuff" so this might be the issue for similar problems..

I have a reviewer in my language who is experiencing the same symptoms of the bug, and it sounds like he is using a HDD, so it seems very likely that this bug is HDD specific.

I think I found a fix that is kinda annoying. (But please read what I am saying and not just say. "turn off the lights and shower for the battery to pop out... Its not helpful and is very annoying...) Im running the game on HDD. Moving it to SSD in a sec.

-TLDR-
Just reload an old save before you blew the barricade. Save outside of the room before you blew the barricade. Reload that save until RNG blesses and you get the battery to spawn in right.

-ISSUE-
I had the issue where when I went into the room for the first time. After blowing up the barricade. The battery was not spawned in the room at all. Near the shower. Where it should have been was just an EMPTY battery slot. After turning off both lights and shower. Nothing would change. The battery did not exist at all.

-How I fixed the issue-
This issue is VERY annoying. HOWEVER since I do "youtube saves" Where I save every chance I get in a new slot. I just so happened to save right before blowing the barricade. I reloaded that save over and over. (It took like 4 times I think.) The battery spawned in the room correctly. I could move it out of the slot and into the other slot. Meaning I can now play the game...

Meaning this issue is fixed. I would recommend saving very often and waiting to do the hardest mode later. After the bugs are fixed.

I fixed mines, friend dug up the solution, just reinstall the game to your SSD and reload a autosave or a save you made before blowing up the barricade, its why a SSD was recommended when starting it up.

I can confirm this works. Just had this problem playing on my HDD and worked after 4 or 5 tries.
I also highly recommend saving after you get it to work and put the battery into the other slot.
