While a period is not a pleasant experience to have, it's by no means the most extreme pain imaginable. That title belongs to having your femur bone snapped in half. Breaking your femur bone is far more painful than even amputating your own arm without any kind of numbing agent. Cluster Headaches are the next highest pain. Then of course there's kidney stone pain, being burned alive, being tortured, etc., etc.. Having to go through a period sucks for sure, but it is by far not the most painful experience in existence.

I had my femur bone snapped in half by a speeding car at 8 years old and had to learn to walk again. It was not that bad.
