lol true. I even had a 5700XT but got rid of it 2 years ago, it was weak. A 1070 is not as good, i would imagine youd have trouble playing gtv past 60fps.
Not saying it cant be done just that 1070 for dead space remake would be lacking where youd have to lower the quality so much you may as well play the original?
-> lowest requirement is a six year old mid-tier GPU
haha yeah that game is just crazy on the requirements, so high that you know something is wrong
Speculating one way or another is what it is: Speculation.
I'm hopeful tho, the leaks showed the game running really well on PS5 and Xbox. But that's just consoles. But then again, TCP ran somewhat okay PS5 but crap on PC, so there's that for ya.
This is how all PC requirements should be done

Dead Space is next gen only.
The 1070 is an eight year old card now. Even the 2070 (recommend) is getting a long in the tooth at four and a half years old.
also this statement
"Because so far visual are not that different to the original except for lots of volumetric lighting."
You seriously need your eyes checked if you can't see theres a massive difference between the original and the remake.
It's time to upgrade.
It's quite the opposite. A lot of people see RE4 being released on PS4 as a bad thing. It means the game is compromised in some way. Most people want to get out of this crossgen phase and hope developers will stop making compromises in order to have the game running on old hardware.
Not really. Forspoken itself is clearly unoptimized and its pretty evident by its empty worlds etc.
TCP is a prime example of next gen graphics. Not recommending that game, just using it as a graphical benchmark only.
