Schematics Missing

Could anyone tell me which schematics am I missing for the achievement?
I'm on my 4th playthrough and I can't find what I'm missing. I have done searching online and the list of schematics displayed by websites I've found on google, says I would have all of them.

Contact Beam Ammo Schematic, it's located in the Mining Deck in a locked room. It's easy to miss (I almost missed it on my first playthrough and only caught it after sweeping the Ishimura before moving on to Ch.12
