Marker Fragment Descriptions
Hello, I'm currently searching for the fragments through New Game + and am missing just one. Does anyone have the Key Item Descriptions? I've searched online and can't find them. I'm hoping by finding out which one I'm missing, I can go straight there.

Look in the guide section here. I just looked and it's there

I ran through the whole ship again checking each location and still cannot find it, my best guess is that it didn't spawn in...oh well, time to restart.

Yea there's a bug that random items just don't spawn for some reason
