it does the samething to be because the game refuse to use my rtx 3080, check your gpu usage.

3080ti 19% - 97% (GPU fluctuates a lot depending on areas, corridor vrs Atrium, amount of enemy's, parts of game with large views, can definitively be improved on.
Will be interesting to see what the patch brings with "Added performance improvements" & if it stabilises the GPU usage & helps people suffering bad stutters.
It's a shader building for sure. Just set a shader cache max size to unlimited.
