Missing batteries (Chapter 12)

So I'm at the end of Dead Space remake where I have to replace a few batteries, problem is there are no batteries in the lower levels of chapter 12 when I go down there. I looked it up and it's supposed to have boxes covering batteries or they should be located somewhere in the lower levels, I haven't found any, also it seems that there should be a battery for the elevator as well, but that too is missing but the elevator works. idk if this is only on the Xbox but I am unable to beat the game because of this.
I tried reloading the checkpoint and starting at an earlier save, I am unsure if anyone else is having this issue but just in case and someone doesn't mind helping me I'd be grateful.

Yep. Same thing here on PC. Played flawless until the level 12 battery part. I guess no help until a patch comes out. Until then its back to Modern Warfare 2.

Its so common I need to save this template to a file >.>

Known issue, only known workaround is to reload an earlier save from before the game engine loaded that area and hope it doesn't derp out the 2nd time; repeat if necessary until it loads correctly or just wait for a patch :S

Reload the autosave from the chapter's beginning
Walk rather than run
Stand still during dialogue
Make sure the tool table spawns in the airlock and the powerline is blue to the left of the airlock exit
I did these and suggested them to other various people and the problem fixed flawless

If the battery doesn't spawn reload and retry
