Report a translation problem
1: Reinstalling all of the local files. Right clikc on F1 22 in the library, vlivk Properties, then Manage local Files, then Reverify Local File Integrity.
2: Go to C:\Users\YourUSERNAME\Documents\My Games\F1 22\hardwaresettings\ and delete the hardware_settings_config_VR.xml file. The game will recreate it on launch. That "resets" everything.
This is the default folder
C:\Users\YourUSERNAME\Documents\My Games\F1 22\hardwaresettings\
Otherwise search for the file name. If that file is just not there then you can create it, but that is such odd behavior I would say uninstall and reinstall the game. Here is the contents of mine for your use
