Controller turning.

Every single time I try to turn from left to right or vice versa in chicanes or just regular corners, theres a delay where the steering wheel is just going straight on. Anyone know how to fix this? It's costing a lot of time on some tracks and it gets really annoying when you go off track simply because it isnt turning immidiately.

I have exactly the same problem and it's really annoying. Do you use a steering wheel and if so, which one? This glitch makes the car undrivable so please fix it asap.

Oh your right but I do have the exact same problem on controller and on steering wheel

If its a problem for both? It might be a bug then. Not 100% sure. If you played F1 21 was it the same as well?

I didn't play F1 2021 but I did play F1 2020 and I don't have the same issue in that game. I tried it a few days ago and it all works on that game/

That not a bug its same for 2021 and this year is little better but not like 2020 when u have alot freedom on steering.

Yea its been the same since i started in F1 2019. Was just wondering if there was a fix or if its just to prevent people from fully losing control of the car when off track/spinning

I've played all CM F1 games from F1 2010-2021. In CM F1 games (F1 2015 onwards) if you use controller there are controller filters that are always enabled and cannot be turned off, those filters slow down inputs and limit how much you can turn depending on how fast the car is going. Those filters might be good for casual players that use tap steer and assists but they're a nightmare for people who use precision steering and no assists since they cause delay in the inputs and make fast direction changes very difficult to perform.
There's nothing players can do to fix the issue, no way to disable controller filters, if you can't get used to it you're out of luck.
Me and other players have been complaining about this issues for years in the official F1 game forums, CM doesn't care about controller players.

The only thing i found to make it better is to drive without tc. Was the reason i started to play without tc for this game an had a lot of fun with it but unfortunately the 1.06 update makes it unplayable for me with automatic gears
