[FIXED] Launch Error
So before i had a Launch Error and now after full 3 and a half hours i found a solution how i launch the game now

Idk if it works for you but these are my specs:
NVIDIA 2070S
i7-9700k Intel CPU
z390f gaming Asus Motherboard
32GB RAM
1tb SSD

(and i play on a (with a cabel, not bluetooth) ps4 controller and dont have a wheel (yet))

I reinstalled windows and downgraded from the newest Windows Version 21H2 to Windows 1909
To check your windows version type "Winver" in your Searchbar

These are the only programs which are currently installed:
-Opera GX Broswer
-Origin
-Steam
-Discord
-Icue
-ArmouryCrateTool
-NordVPN

I deleted Skype and OneDrive

I installed the drivers manually and didnt used Geforce Experience to install the Graphiccard Driver
ArmouryCrateTool installed the main drivers for me (bluetooth drivers and a few others idk what else)
i installed Graphiccard driver manually on the nvidia website and didnt installed Gefore Experience

then restart PC (cause i had a few pop ups which wanted me to restart the pc)

I turned off my Firewall completly

And later installed some redist .exes
i downloaded this:
https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/
i clicked on install_all.bat and spam clicked "yes" while installing all these redist files

On a random youtube vid i did also these settings:
1. Disable secure boot in your BIOS (delete secure boot keys!)
2. Disable fast startup in Windows.

Ah yes i forgot to mention, i also disabled the Steam Overlay for Games
I deleted the Hardware Settings Folder for F1 22
I run the game in steam folder as admin
I put the game priority to high in the task manage (but idk if it worked)

All my steps took me a good hour

If my steps didnt helped i also did a few settings from this guy (like the Hardware Settings Folder and Run the game as a administrator and Game Priority to high in task manager):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q4fXrZSZFnY

Step 1) Restart your PC
Step 2) Delete Hardware Settings Folder, if that does not work delete the save game files (You will lose all the game progress)
Step 3) Launch the game in VR mode
Step 4) If able to launch the game, turn off DLSS, change Anti Aliasing to AMD FX/TAA in the antialiasing section, also lower down graphics settings
Step 5) Do a clean installation of graphics driver
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/...
https://www.amd.com/en/support
Step 6) Install Nvidia Studio driver
Step 7) Restart G Hub and the game
Step 8) Turn off G Hub on career start
Step 9) Verify the game files
Step 10) Login to EA website and then launch the game https://www.ea.com/en-gb/games/f1/f1-...
Step 11) Run the game as an administrator
Step 12) Set the game priority to high in task manager
Step 13) Wheel & Pedals Users: Disconnect the wheel till you are in the car, now connect the wheel, game is unplayable when USB pedals are attached directly to a USB port, Connect the pedals directly into the wheelbase, just unplug/unhook the usb from pc and start the game, if you have Pedals with an RJ12 port connect the pedals using RJ Cord to the wheel base. Do not use the USB, Update Wheel & Pedals Drivers, restart the PC https://support.thrustmaster.com/en , if using Shifter, unplug shifter, Restart PC, Start the game
Step 14) VR Users: Reinstall Steam VR, turn off Stencil Mesh in the VR options.
Step 15) Allow the game exe file to antivirus program/Windows Security
Step 16) Laptop users with dual graphics card run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 17) Disable Steam Overlay, Close all the overlay apps
Step 18) Install Visual C++ Files https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/...
Step 19) Close all the overclocking application, perform Cleanboot
Step 20) Update your Windows
Step 21) Disconnect multiple monitors, unplug all the USB devices, Logitech wheel, joystick, Razer Tartarus gamepad, vjoy, Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt
Step 22) Uninstall and reinstall the game to the different drive (Try SSD first)
