“Scalpers”. If u don’t have the money for it, come clean mate. 60-72 bucks is NOTHING. I know it’s a lot for u, really a lot, but no need to deal toxicity in the forum if u can’t afford it.
Thats the dumbest comment yet. "Scalpers"? asif there is limited stock on steam game keys you moron.
Far be it for me to tell people how to spend their money.
Jesus it's toxic here
No wonder noone really takes steam forums seriously
You're right thinking everyone is free to do what they want with their money.
BUT, not only preordering a game is useless, the games OP mentioned are a clear example of incredibly bad launches and longterm management. And you're okay paying for that service?
No wonder games industry has gone this bad.
They don't give a damn bout your ''lucky to see it on the store page''. They will make enough anyways =)
Buy an actual product, not thin air.
Deluxe Versions of games as well - a marketing team's dream. Pay an extra £20 for 3 days early access to a bugged game and a couple of skins. Wow what a bargain lol.
I am interested to see the new game. I will only buy it when it comes out if it gets acceptable Steam reviews and know for sure it's playable, and I will refund it if it turn out to be lame. No way though I am paying £50 for just Miami and the new car shapes/physics. If there is nothing else in the new version they won't see any of my money. I want a much better AI, better graphics (especially AA and wet weather), and several solo game save slots. I don't care anything about the story or any of that crap, I don't buy racing sims for that rubbish stuff.
And it's about time they started including other tracks that aren't in the current F1 lineup. I want to play Nurburgring and Hockenheim for example. I don't just want to be limited to the current F1 schedule. Argentina also was a great F1 track in F1 Challenge 99-02. Lets see this start to become a real F1 game, not just a FIA marketing gimmick.
Glad i've taken the time to read that Codemasters is making the game, not EA. Maybe not a pre-purchase as i never pre-purchase games but it's a safe buy on release. Grid Legends was dope, this will be even better. No doubts.
Will there be microtransactions from EA? of course.
Do you have to buy it? No.
Is there competition to F1 22? No.
So I'll buy it yes, I like F1 and I didn't buy F1 2021, I have a job and I can afford it unlike you apparently.
There are already plenty of gameplay videos on Youtube to make up your mind.
but don't forget it's still an official licensed F1 game, they can't just change ♥♥♥♥ without the approval of liberty media corp.
EA/Codemasters already received a spanking because they added supercars, you can apparently only drive those in singleplayer now.
