Struck at downtown

Hi friends, please help! After finishing 1st mission on the orbital section, I went to the planet where we met old lady friend (junkie with voice device) and supposed to go to the downtown. I successfully went there, but I got struck! Currently, my goals are:
-Meet the buyers at Ksao's (main quest)
-Get some money for Johhny Za's scheme.

None of the present NPCs give me any progress on these tasks. I explored the whole area for 2 hours and wasn't able to proceed. Please help!

Update: I had to make a call at KSAO's. ))
So the only question is - how to get cash for Johhny's quest
