SVFI will not finish downloading, install, or run

I downloaded the demo version and i had problems:

I tried downloading the demo version to my external HDD, but it would never finish.

I was able to successfully download it to my internal SSD and install it, but it would never run. I would click the "play" icon and it would run for a split-second before stopping.

I tried re-installing the demo version, but it would never finish downloading, it would only hang.

I then assumed that the demo version was an older build with bugs, so i bought the full version hoping it would be the latest build with no issues.

I was wrong, however. The download hangs at 99%, and will not resume further.

So what options do I have to get this working? Does anyone know of a solution?

Hanging at 99% is more like a Steam related problem. It can be that Steam keeps failing downloading files due to constant blocking from Anti-Virus software. Please try to disable AV, remove all the files in the installation directory and try to download again. If it still hangs, I would recommend you to refund
