Starting without DirectX12?

Let's not get into why I'd like to start this on Windows7. Thanks.
I get the error message "DX12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument."
I'd like to do that. But where? Which -ini? Where can I find these command lines?

With the features in the demo, you cannot run it on anything but DX12.

Of course you can run it on older DX! Just find command line option under game properties in Steam library. Type in that field -dx11 and you get it! This is obvious from the description of the error.

I have an RTX 3060 Ti??? It supports DX12, but I get an error saying I need DX12 and I should try running with DX 11?? WTF
