Update on AMD Crashes and Week 1 BP Missions

AMD Crashes

Unfortunately we have received multiple reports of crashes occuring to users with AMD graphics cards.

We have identified the issue and are planning to deploy a permanent fix early this week, please stay tuned for the exact time and date.

Temporary Workaround for AMD Crashes

You can mitigate this issue manually - please note that you need to do this on each game launch!
1. After launching the game, hit Escape to open Settings
2. Navigate to Graphics
3. Under Anti-Aliasing and Super Resolution, click the Left Arrow to disable DLSS

Week 1 Missions

Week 1 BattlePass Missions are currently not completeable.

We are planning to fix this with an update early this week, after which you will be able to complete all Week 1 missions to progress your Battlepass, please stay tuned for the exact time and date.

I have a Nvidia RTX 4060 and its freezing for me at the end of every match so i have to alt-f4 out. this is a catastrophic bug that you guys should be prioritizing probably.

I am also having problems with the game. My game freezes in the menu, then the game closes and I end up in windows. My system is based on windows 11, an intel i9 13900ks and an RTX 4090. I hope you guys can fix this bug soon..

The Temporary Workaround does not work. Radeon 7900 XT and XTX alike have crashes after a few minutes of play. Tried with all forms of AA and it happens. With no AA... it seems to run fine.

So far when my game crashes its been during Tag Hunts from some reason. Any other mode I do not get a problem but as soon as Tag Hunting gets started I run into the problem.

Go instal below NVidia 572 drivers. I have 566 and everything seems fine.

Same. I can load into Crimson Ridge, though it takes a while. Have not been able to load Maryland Heights, and the game trying to load Stonecutter Keep reports that it's used up all available graphics settings and is forcing an exit.

I play on a laptop, and even on lowest graphics settings it seems like the part that's giving me problems is loading the "dropping in" animation.

On my 6650 XT it drops to 8 fps, not really freezing, but it will happen rarely now that I use TSR Low

DLSS indeed crashes for me, often freezes during the loading screen (start or end of the match)

win 11 / rx5600xt + ryzen 7600x / When changing antialiesing settings it seems like it wont save changes i make in graphics settings tab. Getting low unstable fps sometimes. (Med - High settings.)

Devs should also take a notes on drastically fps drops. Epic 2K DLSS Quality. I have 4090/7800x3d and experience drops from 165 to 50 fps sometimes. Mostly 165-132-113-90. Its bad. From my point of view its because of poor physics object optimization. Its very notable.
Also when you just look at one spot on the map and have 165 fps then look slighly right and get -30% fps instantly. Idk what it is. Its either when you look in one direction and there are players across the map which consume my fps for some reason OR something under/above/anywhere the map like huge textures/another un-optimized garbage idk. There is somewhere a FPS KILLER and it needs to be fixed ASAP. The game SHOULD run smoothly first. THEN you can add content.

i use a rx7800xt an got constant crashes either mid match or when spawning, setting aa to TAA fixed the issue for me but settings wont save so you will need to switch every time the game launches
