Account Creation Issues Resolved

Greetings Hunters,

I am glad to be able to report that our developers rolled out a fix for the account creation issues you reported yesterday, account creation should now be possible seamlessly!

1. Email no longer mandatory
You no longer need to provide an email when first logging in, but can add it to your account later on through account management.

2. Inability to type "@"
With the above change, this issue is also resolved

3. Account connection issues
Creating connections with existing accounts should no longer cause errors.


Please report any further issues with account creation under this post and we will investigate them ASAP.

I have the game linked to twitch but twitch keeps saying i need to link the game in order to claim the rewards. Anyone else not able to claim the twitch drops in game? When i click connect it takes me to the games website that says i already got my twitch and steam linked.

hey im still having the same issue basically the steam account is apparently connected to another account that excits i can log in to that one but i cant complete it due to my email being already used for a another account i cannot remove the new account and cant link the one im using to my steam so im unable to play

You can Unlink the account from the website. Just log into the account then unlink the steam from the socials. You can also delete that account but that takes 45 days to complete.

♥♥♥♥ me too. I log into my wargames account online. And it says my steam account is attached somewhere else. I log into steam and try to play but it doesn't attach to anything and wants me to sign in to an account. I try signing into my account and it said the steam account (which I'm signing in through) can not be used for the email since the email is already attached to a wargaming account.

This hole thing is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. I only have 1 wargaming account. I've checked every email. Every setting.

I have the same problem. Even though both accounts are linked, it says I need to link them to claim the drops. Unlinking and relinking the accounts hasn't solved the issue. Very annoying. I actually like the game.
